Confidence Twende
Project: A complete rebrand and ongoing brand building. From strategic foundation to visual identity, photography, website, and content strategy.
Goal: Make Confidence Twende recognizable and credible to clients, referrers, and future colleagues, so the right people find and choose the organization.
Confidence Twende is a young, fast-growing mental healthcare organization in North and Central Limburg that supports people dealing with addiction and the complex issues that often underlie it. Where many mainstream care organizations look alike, Confidence Twende dares to do things differently. Deliberately small-scale, with professional self-management and no traditional layers of management, room to build things themselves, and the courage to work outside the beaten path. People with lived experience work as equals alongside therapists, united by one conviction: recovery starts with trust. And that's exactly what the name reflects. Confidence stands for trust in yourself, Twende is Swahili for "let's go" or "forward." Moving forward from trust.

Challenge
Standing out in a tight labor market
Confidence Twende's strength runs deep on the inside. But for the people who need Confidence Twende most, the organization wasn't yet visible. And in a market where people often choose what they know, invisibility is almost the same as not existing. That weighs even heavier in a labor market that's structurally tight. Precisely because Confidence Twende is growing fast in locations and clients, growth in case managers, psychiatrists, healthcare and clinical psychologists, remedial educationalists, and vocational therapists is essential.
From invisible to recognizable
Visibility without recognition means you stand out, but your audience doesn't remember who you are or exactly what you do. Confidence Twende lacked a clear, unified face to the outside world. A lack of coherence between marketing channels and audience-specific content left the brand identity fragmented. Without a fixed visual identity, a consistent tone of voice, and an overarching core story, the strong internal culture remained invisible externally.
One brand, multiple audiences
At the same time, Confidence Twende as a single brand has to convince several audiences at once, each with different expectations. Clients look for recognition and peace of mind, referrers and partners look for reliability, and future colleagues look for an employer they can see themselves in.
The assignment was clear: turn a strong internal identity into a recognizable external brand, so the right people find, trust, and choose Confidence Twende.

Approach
Working session with the core team and staff
We started with the question of who Confidence Twende truly is — from the inside out. Through conversations with the team and an on-site session, we uncovered what defines the organization: its culture and values, what the work feels like, and what really sets Confidence Twende apart. We then tested that picture with the employees themselves, because an employer story only rings true if people recognize themselves in it. This produced a strong, widely shared foundation, with one core idea that ties it all together: recovery starts with trust.
Brand foundation and Employer Value Proposition
From that foundation, we defined what the brand stands for. We sharpened the positioning and core values and translated them into a brand and employer promise. At Confidence Twende, you find a freedom that's rare in healthcare — room to grow, to discover, and to work outside the beaten path, alongside the people who matter most. It all comes together in the promise that captures this movement: finding your own place.
Creative concept and corporate identity
With that strategy as the foundation, we developed a creative concept, the anchor for the entire corporate identity. We translated this into a new visual identity, including a logo, a distinctive visual language, and original photography.
Website and content strategy
The new, professional website brought the brand to life. And with a content strategy built around a steady rhythm of recurring themes and a clear annual plan, we make sure the right information reaches the right audience.
