    Metalwire has built a solid reputation as a reliable supplier. However, in a market that is rapidly digitalizing, craftsmanship alone is no longer enough to drive growth. The challenge was to increase brand awareness, sharpen positioning, and strengthen online visibility. 

     

    To maintain and capitalize on its competitive advantage, it was essential to strategically build a future-oriented brand identity and a distinctive proposition. The question for Stradigi was clear: how do we positionMetalwire more firmly as an innovative, reliable, and technically strong partner?

    We began with a series of strategic sessions, working closely with the management team to develop a clear marketing plan. During these sessions, we defined the brand values, market position, and growthopportunities forming the foundation for concrete and future-focused advice. 

     

    Our approach consisted of three phases: 

     

    • Laying the foundation: Brand strategy and positioning 

      We formulated a distinctive brand identity and proposition that positions Metalwire as a flexible, reliable, and technically strong partner. From this foundation, we developed the brand story, tone of voice, andvisual language creating a narrative that resonates both internally and externally. 

    • Strengthening visibility: Visual identity & branding 

      The renewed positioning was translated into a refreshed visual identity: a subtly modernized logo, contemporary visual language, and a consistent brand presence. This branding was implemented across alltouchpoints. 

    • Entering the market: Market activation & lead generation 

      With a new website, SEO-optimized content, and targeted campaigns, we are now actively building Metalwire’s visibility. Through data-driven marketing, automation, and storytelling formats (such as customer cases and whitepapers), we are laying the groundwork for structural lead generation and thought leadership within the industry.
