What will be your role within Stradigi?

Our roots lie in web development (WordPress, custom work, integrations), but our focus is on the future: building agentic systems that can take over real tasks, accelerate workflows and help clients make better decisions.

You help us make that transition and still build along the way.

Think of projects like:

  • Building and training AI-agents (tools like n8n, Supabase, Langchain, AutoGen)

  • Smart frontends connected to stable and flexible backends

  • Websites and client portals that require less management and create more impact

  • Internal tools and client dashboards, partly with agentic functions

  • Exploring and deploying new technology (yes, you may play!)

You take ownership of your work, think proactively and see opportunities before others see them. You dare to make choices, but also know when to consult. You feel responsible for quality: from the first code to the end result.

You work structured, communicate clearly and find it natural to help colleagues grow. Even as your team grows, you still like to build along.

You have extensive experience with modern development stacks. Think of tools like Node.js, Next.js and React, but also WordPress for custom solutions. You are also familiar with backend tools like Supabase, Firebase or similar alternatives. Git, Docker and CI/CD are also familiar workflows for you, as is working with API connections and workflow automation via n8n, Make or Zapier. You also have experience with AI integrations, for example with tools like Langchain or AutoGen.

Do you also have knowledge of LLMs, vector databases or RAG systems? Then we are cheering.

You have a fascination for technology, like to think in systems and understand how AI and automation can add real value. You think beyond today: how can technology take work off our hands, make processes smarter and really help customers?

You work closely with our strategists, designers and content specialists. You know how to translate technical choices into understandable language for colleagues and clients. You believe that the best solutions arise from collaboration and you are not afraid to give or ask for feedback.

You speak and write fluent Dutch and can express yourself well in English. In documentation, meetings and international projects.

    In an open conversation we see if it clicks mutually: in terms of content, but also in terms of team and ambitions. Sometimes we do a short case or shadowing moment.

    Let's create impact!

    Do we see it working? Then we make it round and you start as our new Senior Development Lead.

What we are looking for

You are senior in the way you work: independent, critical, proactive, and always focused on impact. You have at least 5 years of experience as a developer and have been actively working with AI-agents or generative AI for at least 1 year (tooling, frameworks or own agents).

Furthermore, you recognize yourself in this kind of things:

  • You are technically strong in front-end, back-end or full-stack, but AI is your future.

  • You have experience with or interest in frameworks like n8n, Flowise, Langchain, Autogen, Pinecone, Supabase, OpenAI, etc.

  • You can think and build: from idea to working prototype (and MVP).

  • You feel responsible for quality and want to make the difference.

  • You can take others along, explain, enthuse.
