Full Account

  • Project: A complete rebranding (corporate and employer): from brand strategy and visual identity to creative execution and resources

  • Goal: Building a brand that shows who Full Account really is: a people-centered sparring partner that gives entrepreneurs and employees space

Full Account is anything but a classic accounting firm. They are locally rooted, people-centered and actively think along with entrepreneurs. Only their brand identity didn't show that yet. The appearance was no longer in line with the culture and ambitions of the team. Time for a fresh start.

Together we developed a completely new brand strategy, visual identity and creative concept that fits who Full Account wants to be: a future-oriented partner that gives entrepreneurs space both literally and figuratively.

    The challenge: 

    How do you transform a classic-looking accounting firm into a brand that shows what it really is: people-centered, engaged and progressive? 

     

    Full Account already had the mentality and culture, but the brand story and appearance no longer matched. Time for a rebranding that aligns the inside and outside again. 

     

    Objectives: 

    • Renewing positioning: profiling Full Account as a sparring partner with space for people and ideas. 

    • Strengthening identity: developing a visual style and tone-of-voice that fit the culture. 

    • Building employer branding: attracting new colleagues who fit the team.

    How we gave the brand space

    We started with a brand strategy where the essence of Full Account was central: giving space. To entrepreneurs, employees and the future. 

     

    The concept "Gives space" became the common thread in the brand story, visual style and all communication tools. 

     

    From color use to visual language: everything breathes air, movement and openness. This made the brand feeling tangible and recognizable on all fronts. 

     

    What we concretely developed: 

    • A renewed visual identity with fresh colors and lots of white space; 

    • A new corporate website; 

    • Social media strategy and content approach; 

    • Employer branding including photography and upcoming team video; 

    • Communication tools such as print materials, presentations and business cards in line with the new brand.

    Full Account now has a brand that reflects the people-centered and energetic culture. It feels like Full Account. For clients and (future) colleagues. 

     

    Concrete results of our approach: 

    • Strong brand recognition: a fresh and consistent appearance that matches the character of the team. 

    • Strengthened employer branding: the new style and message make it easier to attract the right people. 

    • More engagement: Both internally and externally, the brand is now recognized and carried. 

    • Room for growth: the new positioning and appearance give Full Account a solid and future-oriented foundation. 

Creative concept: 'Gives space'

The new brand promise "Gives space" works on multiple levels. It aligns with their personal approach and emphasizes their role as a sparring partner. Full Account is not a distant controller, but an active supporter who stands alongside the entrepreneur.

The visual identity strengthens this idea. We chose a style with lots of white space, movement and openness. Gone with traditional gray; welcome fresh colors, dynamism and confidence. Everything radiates: here you get air, space and direction.

Translated into resources and recruitment

The new identity forms the basis for all communication expressions. We ensured a consistent appearance and message, from first acquaintance to the employer brand:

  • A new corporate website, including separate careers environment;

  • Business cards, print materials and presentations in the new house style;

  • A powerful, custom-developed visual language in collaboration with a photographer;

  • And coming soon: an employer branding video featuring the team.

Result: a brand that feels like Full Account

With this rebranding, Full Account shows what they truly stand for: a young, ambitious and engaged firm that helps entrepreneurs move forward. Not traditional accountants, but people who give space: to ideas, growth and the future.
